 join our team from
a variety of backgrounds; we take the career paths of our
consultants seriously and believe in joint cooperation and mutual
advantages when it comes to advancing their careers.
Staff
Consultants
Staff Consultants take responsibility for the base of problem
solving. They provide all the data (Primary and Secondary) needed
for the team to submit their recommendations. They are highly
involved in presenting work to clients and have a distinct voice in
determining the teams pace of work and style.
Staff Consultants usually enter the program as fresh graduates in
related disciplines and after completing the staff consultant
program, consultants are usually upgraded to join the Junior
Consultant program.
Junior Consultants
Junior Consultants take an active role in all aspects of the project
engagements. Junior Consultants are involved in planning, conducting
interviews and analyses. They form initial recommendations and aid
in developing change in organizations. They often are responsible
for managing issues and are promoted quickly up the corporate
ladder.
Junior Consultants usually move forward to complete various
certifications related to their line of work or seek a higher level
of education (MBA). They usually return to PKF-ProGroup as Semi
Senior Consultants or Senior Consultants depending on the
experiences they gained after graduating.
Semi-Senior Consultants
Semi-Senior Consultants play a major role in key business issues and
are often responsible for most of the analysis work completed within
a project. These Consultants often become associated with a specific
industry and choose to understand the ins and outs of that
particular industry.
Semi Senior Consultants are remotely involved in the Management
decision making process and should be active in the continuous
learning process and participate in team building and client
leadership skills development.
Senior
Consultants
At this stage, Consultants typically split their time among multiple
functions. They are involved in client development and participate
in a major manner in office and practice decision making. Senior
Consultants usually lead their teams in career development and
accelerate the development of exceptional people.
Senior Consultants enjoy many of the benefits associated with
Project Management. Seniors are recognized as "Division Managers" in
training and when demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire
usually make their way to Division Directors.
Division
Directors
Division Directors manage all the phases of the project cycle
ranging from business development to ensuring the project strategy
is set right at the initial stage. Directors function in synergy
with Senior Consultants and assume a major responsibility in
building new client relationships.
Division Directors are responsible for their Consulting teams and
their development. They demonstrate extensive knowledge in
particular fields and pursue a balance between their numerous
professional interests.
Department Managers
Department Managers are responsible for departments as a whole. They
are usually people with outstanding leading abilities and provide
senior counsel to our clients. Managers are usually experts in
particular functions and have wide knowledge on many industries.
Department Managers may not choose to pursue the career of Managing
Partners and this highly depends on career goals and aspirations.
Managing Partners
Managing Partners of PKF-ProGroup are usually responsible for firms
opening up in new countries. They assume the responsibility of
managing the firm and developing the business through seeking
business opportunities and potential relationships.
Typically ambitious and successful consultants can become partners
within 5 – 7 years after joining the firm.
