  • Staff Consultants

    Staff Consultants take responsibility for the base of problem solving. They provide all the data (Primary and Secondary) needed for the team to submit their recommendations. They are highly involved in presenting work to clients and have a distinct voice in determining the teams pace of work and style.

    Staff Consultants usually enter the program as fresh graduates in related disciplines and after completing the staff consultant program, consultants are usually upgraded to join the Junior Consultant program.

     
  • Junior Consultants

    Junior Consultants take an active role in all aspects of the project engagements. Junior Consultants are involved in planning, conducting interviews and analyses. They form initial recommendations and aid in developing change in organizations. They often are responsible for managing issues and are promoted quickly up the corporate ladder.

    Junior Consultants usually move forward to complete various certifications related to their line of work or seek a higher level of education (MBA). They usually return to PKF-ProGroup as Semi Senior Consultants or Senior Consultants depending on the experiences they gained after graduating.


  • Semi-Senior Consultants

    Semi-Senior Consultants play a major role in key business issues and are often responsible for most of the analysis work completed within a project. These Consultants often become associated with a specific industry and choose to understand the ins and outs of that particular industry.

    Semi Senior Consultants are remotely involved in the Management decision making process and should be active in the continuous learning process and participate in team building and client leadership skills development.

     
  •  Senior Consultants

    At this stage, Consultants typically split their time among multiple functions. They are involved in client development and participate in a major manner in office and practice decision making. Senior Consultants usually lead their teams in career development and accelerate the development of exceptional people.

    Senior Consultants enjoy many of the benefits associated with Project Management. Seniors are recognized as "Division Managers" in training and when demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire usually make their way to Division Directors.

     
  •  Division Directors

    Division Directors manage all the phases of the project cycle ranging from business development to ensuring the project strategy is set right at the initial stage. Directors function in synergy with Senior Consultants and assume a major responsibility in building new client relationships.

    Division Directors are responsible for their Consulting teams and their development. They demonstrate extensive knowledge in particular fields and pursue a balance between their numerous professional interests.

     
  • Department Managers

    Department Managers are responsible for departments as a whole. They are usually people with outstanding leading abilities and provide senior counsel to our clients. Managers are usually experts in particular functions and have wide knowledge on many industries.

    Department Managers may not choose to pursue the career of Managing Partners and this highly depends on career goals and aspirations.

     
  • Managing Partners

    Managing Partners of PKF-ProGroup are usually responsible for firms opening up in new countries. They assume the responsibility of managing the firm and developing the business through seeking business opportunities and potential relationships.

    Typically ambitious and successful consultants can become partners within 5 – 7 years after joining the firm.
